 LATE POLICY

• Being 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee
• After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled 
• All appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hrs in advance
• No call no show will result in a $20 fee to book again 

Lash fills will need to be booked within 3 weeks. Anything after 3 weeks will need to be booked as a full set

• You need 50% of lashes left to be eligible for a lash fill. Anything less will be conisdered a full set

•For a 3 week fill we recommend booking our extended fill. And for lashes with little to no gaps at 2 weeks we recommend our regular fill.
• We have a 3 day fill policy. This policy means that if you are not satisfied with your lashes you have 3 days to contact us for a free touch up. After 3 days a $30 touch up fee will apply.
